HBO’s Westworld mobile game is now available in Google Play Store



If you’ve watched the somewhat surreal Westworld TV series from HBO, you may want to pay particular attention to the game that Warner Bros. has just published on the Play Store, some three months after preregistrations began. The game puts you in charge of managing the park at Westworld, where you’ll have to entertain each of the guests’ whimsical demands.


As you might expect with such a simulation game, you have to build and control the environment. You’ll start right at the bottom as a lowly trainee using the Delos Park Training Simulation (DPTS) to learn the various aspects of park operations and host maintenance. Tasks include the following:
  • Manufacture, collect and upgrade over 170+ Artificially Intelligent Hosts as you create the ultimate experience for Guests
  • Our Guests want to “live without limits.” Match the right Hosts with Guests to satisfy their every desire with these violent delights
  • Improve and upgrade A.I. Hosts by performing diagnostics, addressing glitches, and unlocking reveries

Naturally, the Westworld game includes those nasty things that we commonly call In-App-Purchases (IAP’s) that can cost anywhere from a few bucks all the way up to $100 for 8,000 gems. Having downloaded and installed it, it’s one of those games that you’ll love if you like simulations games. Out of around 1,200 reviews on the Play Store so far, the Westworld game has achieved a 4.3 rating.

Lenovo's 'all-screen' Z5 phone has a notch too...!!

Lenovo has been hyping up a new phone called the Z5 over the past few weeks, posting sketches and renders that hinted at a truly all-screen design free from bezels and notches. Well, the Z5 just got unveiled in Beijing and... I'm afraid there's bad news. Yep, that's a notch. And a chin at the bottom. The Z5 has a 6.2-inch 19:9 1080p screen with bezels that Lenovo claims are thinner than the Xiaomi Mi 8 and iPhone X, and a notch that is narrower than those two phones. But it still has a notch, like practically every other Android phone this year. Lenovo claims a screen-to-body ratio of 90 percent. Elsewhere, the phone has an unspecified eight-core Qualcomm processor and 16-megapixel dual cameras. The battery is 3,300mAh and can be fast-charged at 18W.
